- Fees are non-refundable for any reason after the first sanctioned tournament.
- Members with past-due balances will not be allowed to participate. If you have a circumstance to discuss, please don't hesitate.
- Read the TAVA Handbook thoroughly and submit the Online Acknowledgment Form.
UNIFORMS - Girls required uniforms are NOT included in the TAVA Membership fee, please visit the TAVA STORE to make your purchases.

- Sizes must be carefully selected at the time of order. Once the order is placed and screened, the uniform is nonrefundable.
USAV ALOHA REGION REGISTRATION - ALL members are REQUIRED to register membership with USAV.

- The USAV Medical Release Form is REQUIRED for all participants. Please print this form, complete legibly and return to TAVA.
FUNDRAISING - TAVA will hold a club fundraiser at The Villa at Aloha Tower Marketplace on Sunday, February 26, 2012. Each member will be REQUIRED to sell a minimum of 25 tickets. No exceptions. Proceeds will go toward coaches' travel and other club expenses.
- Your help is needed by soliciting donations for raffle prizes and our Silent Auction.
- Each team has the option of planning individual team fundraisers. Please discuss with your Coach and Team Parent.
TRAVELING - All traveling members are REQUIRED to pay a Travel Fee of $200. This fee will be applied towards the player's travel expenses.
- Travel Fees and Fares are collected by the Team Parent.
- Booked travel fare is non-refundable.
- All teams will consider participation in tournaments requiring travel. Possible tournaments include the Las Vegas Classic, Ho'oikaika Tournament on Kauai, Haili Tournament on Hawaii Island, Girls Junior Qualifiers (various cities mainland cities).
- If you are unable to travel, please notify your coaches and Team Parent asap.
FACILITIES - One Sunday each month will be dedicated to the maintenance of our warehouse. All teams will be REQUIRED to participate in keeping our facility clean and safe.
